1. Third-party marks
Audara Pay uses third-party names, logos, and brands on this website only to identify products, networks, and software that businesses already use. Those marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Appearance of a name or logo does not mean that the owner endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Audara Pay, AudaraPay Pty Ltd, or this software. We are not partners of those brands unless a separate written agreement says so.
2. Marks you may see on this site
Marks used for identification on Audara Pay marketing pages include:
- AUDD and the AUDD logo — payment rail shown for AUD-denominated invoices
- Solana, Ethereum, Stellar, and Base — settlement networks used for on-chain payment verification
- Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (including the Intuit QuickBooks logo) — accounting products our software can sync with
Other product names may appear in copy for the same identification purpose. All such names and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
3. How we use them
We use only what is needed to identify the product or network, and we do not alter logos in a way that suggests they are our own. Audara Pay does not issue AUDD, operate those networks, or provide those accounting products.
If you own a mark shown on this site and want it removed or credited differently, email legal@audarapay.com.au and we will review the request.
